Jet Aviation has further increased its number of European FBO locations with the purchase of locations at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam The Hague Airport from KLM Jet Center.
The Schiphol FBO is located in the airport’s general aviation terminal; a presence it has held at the airport for more than three decades.
Jet Aviation president Rob Smith: “Amsterdam and Rotterdam are highly attractive destinations to business jet owners and operators”.
“The two FBOs support more than 7,500 annual movements and extend high connectivity to Jet Aviation network customers. Like us, the KLM Jet Center is known for its capabilities, expertise, strong values, and commitment to customer service.”
He added that all 34 of the company’s employees will remain at the locations under the leadership of Edwin Niemöller who has served as KLM Jet Centers director for more than a decade.
Jet Aviation rebranding of the two new additions will be completed by the end of this month.
This purchase brings Jet Aviation’s global FBO network to 34 locations.
